Ruby Schmitt, a former resident of Wickenburg, died in the Prescott Community Hospital on June 9. She was 44.

Mrs. Schmitt was raised in Wickenburg and left here nine years ago. She lived in Prescott for three years and in Bagdad for six.

Survivors include her son Loren; two daughters, Mandy Gibson and Dana Schmitt; two brothers and three sisters.
