William K. Staley, 70, died on April 11. He was an eight year resident of Wickenburg.

Mr. Staley was a retired aire-search aeronautical engineer who was born in New Castle, Pennsylvania.

He is survived by his wife, Alice Staley of Wickenburg; a stepson, Bruce McArthur, of Phoenix; a stepdaughter, Bradley Hannan, of Skokie, Illinois, and a sister, Mrs. Fred Jennings of Woodland Hills, Ca.

A private cremation was held.
