The Californian (Temecula, California) Friday, July 29, 2005 MURRIETA--Betty Marie Bain, 79, died Tuesday, July 26, 2005, at her home. She was born July 28, 1925, in Avard, Okla. She was a homemaker for 59 years. She was a seamstress. She was a founding member of Southwest Christian Church in Temecula, where she was the activities chairwoman for the Joyful Heirs for 10 years. She enjoyed floral arranging and needlepointing. Mrs. Bain was preceded in death by her parents, Jacob and Mary Sprague. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Bill Bain of Temecula; son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Charlotte Bain of Congress, Ariz.; grandchildren Paul and Tammy; and three great-grandchildren. A memorial service is scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday, July 30, at Southwest Christian Church in Temecula. Private inurnment at Riverside National Cemetery is planned.
