Fred Hamilton Johnson, 91, of Mesa, a high-school music teacher, died May 12, 1993. He was born in Evansville, Ind. Survivors include his son, Fritz; one sister; and one brother. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Arizona Cremation and Burial.
