Pamela Ortel, age 72, passed away peacefully with family by her side,
on February 21st, 2020, in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.

Pamela is survived by her sister, Michelle Van Kleeck, of Lake Havasu
City; sons, Jeffery Cross (Martha Cross) of Lake Havasu City, Arizona
and Mathew Cross of California; her 8 grandchildren, John Dingess
(Diane Dingess), Blanca LeCompte (Chris LeCompte), Cynthia Cross,
Ronald Cross, Shelby Horne, Joseph Cross (Tristan Cross), Nicholas
Cross, and Michael Cross (Brooke Cross); and 11 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Betty, her
brother, Michael, and her sister, Cynthia.

Pamela was born July 16, 1947 in Fairfield, California to parents,
Joseph and Betty Ciaramitaro. She was their eldest child, followed by
her brother (Michael Ciaramitaro) and her two sisters (Cynthia and
Michelle Ciaramitaro). Pamela spent most of her childhood in Taft,
California. After graduating high school, she moved to the San
Francisco Bay area where she met her first husband, Ronald Cross.
Pamela raised her two sons in the Bay area and later relocated to
Southern California in the early eighties. Pamela was experienced in a
variety of occupations, but her true passion was the food industry.
Pamela was owner operator of a successful BBQ restaurant, which was
ranked number seven of the best eateries in the United States.

Pamela was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She
enjoyed spending time with family and friends and, of course, feeding
everyone was always her priority. Her family and friends will always
remember her as a loving and caring person.

A Visitation Service will be held at Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home on
Friday, February 28, 2020 at 6:00 pm with Rosary Service at 7:00 pm.

A Funeral Service will be held at Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home on
Saturday, February 29, 2020 at 11:00 am.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice
of Havasu.

Services were entrusted to the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
