Haven Fred Edwards, 79, of Prescott Valley, a retired electrician with Arizona Public Service Co., died Nov. 5, 1996. He was born in Prescott and was a World War II Navy veteran. Survivors include his wife, Doris; daughters, Karol Combs and Sally Baker; son, Leonard; mother, Iva Edwards; sister, Alice Mary Oxaal; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
