LEWISTON, N.Y. -- John Gotfred Lorentz Oxaal, 73, of Lewiston, died Aug. 5, 1996, at his summer home in East Rosebud, Mont.

Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later date in New York. Dahl Funeral Chapel of Red Lodge was in charge.
