Leonard Edwards, 68, of Phoenix, a self-employed retail salesman, died Feb. 19, 1992. He was born in Pacific Grove, Calif., and was a U.S. Coast Guard veteran.

Survivors include his daughter, Megan Berlinger; son, Michael; his mother; two sisters; one brother; and four grandchildren. Services will be private.
