| Arizona Republic (Phoenix, Arizona) Monday, August 5, 1974, p. C-9 SCOTTSDALE--Services for Mark Henry Milligan, 73, a retired rancher of the Tolleson area, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Mercer Mortuary, 1541 E. Thomas, Phoenix. Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Park. Mr. Milligan of 8431 E. Virginia was dead on arrival Saturday at Bagdad Hospital. He was visiting his daughter, Mrs. Betty Jo Kellis, who lived in Bagdad.
