Victor W. Fitzgerald, 71, of Parker, a telegrapher, died July 4, 1991. He was born in El Paso and was a Navy veteran. 

Survivors include his wife, Grace L.; daughters, Billie Yost, Doris Zismann and Gail Kentch; son, Donald; one sister; 16 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
