Phyllis was born in Sacramento, California to Arthur and Phyllis Van Hultan. She worked as a computer programmer for years. She and her husband Fred came Arizona in 1998 settling in North Ranch. Phyllis will be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her husband Fred of Congress.
