Frank W. Bartee Jr., 75, of Phoenix, a retired Greyhound bus driver, died Oct. 22, 1997. He was born in Dallas and was an Army Air Forces veteran. Survivors include his wife, Betty; daughter, Sandie Scarkino; son, Larry; brothers, Kenneth and Bill; and four grandchildren. Services: 11 a.m. Monday, Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 N. 59th Ave., Glendale, with visitation two hours prior to services. Contributions: American Cancer Society, 2929 E. Thomas Road, Phoenix, AZ 85016.
