| Published in The Miner on August 6, 2020 - Kingman, Arizona - Joe Floyd Fass was born Nov. 11, 1937 in Kingman, Arizona to Nash and Elizabeth Fass. He passed away July 28, 2020 in Merced, California. Joe proudly served our country, serving four years in the United States Navy aboard a Naval Destroyer. He spent the rest of his career as a Life-long Land Surveyor. Joe was preceded in death by parents, Nash and Elizabeth Fass; sister, Germaine Hedcoxe and brothers, George Fass and Charlie Fass. He is survived by son, Tony Fass of Merced, California; daughter, Angie Parker of Colorado along with his two grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Linda Heide of Huston, Texas and brother, Larry Fass of Boulder City, Nevada; nephews, Vernon Fass of Kingman, Leonard Hedgecoxe, and Gene Fass of Michigan. Joe will forever be remembered as a loving father, son, brother and friend. He truly will be dearly missed. Services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Joe’s name to the Disabled American Vets at DAV.org. |
