TEMPE--Floyd D. Barnett, 25, a block layer, died June 27, 1986, at Good Samaritan Medical Center. Mr. Barnett, of Tempe, was a native of Arizona. Survivors include his parents, Wesley and Thelma; grandmother, Mary Felty; and brothers, Mike Parrish, Wesley Jr., Charles, David and Larry. Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. today, with services at 3 p.m. Monday, at A. L. Moore & Sons Mortuary, 333 w. Adams.
