| Arizona Republic (Phoenix, Arizona) Wednesday, September 21, 1955, p. 16 Funeral services for Marion Ernest Tynes, 15, who died yesterday in Memorial Hospital, will be at 3:30 p.m. today in Memory Chapel, A. L. Moore and Sons Mortuary, 333 W. Adams. The Rev. Carl Soults will officiate. Burial will be in Double Butte Cemetery in Tempe. The youth was born in Globe and is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Byron Tynes 2149 W. Grant. He entered the Arizona Children's Colony at Randolph in 1952. He was a member of the Boy Scout troop at the colony. In addition to his parents, survivors include four brothers, Byron Jr., Charles E., George C., and William John; and three sisters, Mrs. Sarah Wright, Mary Janice and Gladyce Joyce Tynes, all of Phoenix; and another brother, Thomas E. of Ray.
