TYNES, Thomas Everett

Green Valley News and Sun (Green Valley, Arizona) Wednesday, February 25, 2004 Thomas Everett Tynes, 74, died on Feb. 23, 2004. He had been a resident of Sahuarita since 1968. He is survived by wife Margaret Tynes and four children: Thomas Tynes Jr., Myrna J. Gilbert, Gregory K. Tynes and Teddy L. Tynes. Also 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Thomas has 3 brothers and 2 sisters. He was a heavy equipment operator and an active member of the Operating Engineers union, and caretaker at the Ruby mines near Arivaca. He will be sorely missed by all of his family and friends. Services will be held on Friday, Feb. 27, at 1 p.m. at the Green Valley Mortuary.
