Arizona Republic (Phoenix, Arizona) Saturday, July 5, 1980, p. F2 Patricia H. Evans, 55, who was a teacher 14 years at Ocotillo Elementary School, died July 3, 1980, in St. Joseph's Hospital. Mrs. Evans, 7245 N. 16th Ave., was a past president of the Robert E. Simpson School PTA and had been a Cub Scout den mother. She was a member of the Wickenburg Eastern Star. She was born in San Pedro, Calif., and came here from her native state in 1945. Survivors include her husband, Stuart; children, Rebecca, Lin and Tony; mother, Nelle Heuloth; and a sister. A memorial reception will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the family home. A. L. Moore & Sons Mortuary made the arrangements.
