Evan was born to Francis Page and Joe Scott on May 12, 1963, in Long Beach, California. Evan enjoyed his family, antique collecting, classic cars, watching movies, fishing, and carpentry. Evan is survived by his wife Theresa Scott and their two sons Justin Scott and Joseph Scott, both of Riverside, California. Evan also is survived by their family dog, Mylie.
