| Arizona Republic (Phoenix, Arizona) Sunday, December 6, 2020 Patricia M. Lewis 1941 - 2020 Wickenburg--79, of Wickenburg, passed away on November 25, 2020. She was born on April 15, 1941, in Poughkeepsie, NY, later moving to Phoenix where she resided for 35 years, then moving to Wickenburg, where she and her husband spent the last 25 years of their lives. Patty was a proud homemaker and loving mother. She worked for 27 years in the Isaac School District at Butler and P.T. Coe Elementary Schools as a cafeteria worker and Manager. Her husband of 62 years, Chuck, preceded her in death this past August. Patty is survived by son Chip (Laura), daughters Lynda Zanin and Winona (Ponce) Medina, grandchildren Brianna (Kyle) Zanin Gambrel, Aaron and Alyssa Medina, Matthew (Alyssa) Lewis and Susan (Chris) Roberts, and great-granddaughter Everly Roberts. We are going to miss the grand matriarch of our family and the selfless, unconditional love she shared with us all. Services will be private. Celebration of Life gathering for both Patty and Chuck will be held at a later date. See Also: Find A Grave |
