| Published in Today's News Herald on Dec. 17, 2020 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Arthur J. Keenan, of Lake Havasu City, passed away on Dec. 11, 2020. He was born in Lynn, Massachusetts to Arthur and Mildred Keenan on Aug. 4, 1930. Arthur grew up and attended school in Lowell, Massachusetts, then moved to Long Beach, California in 1952 where he met his wife Arlene and they were married in 1956, until she passed away in 1996. They had three daughters, Mary, Susan and Diane. Arthur had a full and productive life; he was involved in the aerospace industry as a registered professional engineer, working for Douglas Aircraft Company and TRW's Space Division. He was a member of the American Institute of Industrial Engineering, serving as chapter president and director of the Aerospace Division. Arthur was listed in Who's Who in Engineering, in the state of California. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corp. during WWII, Arthur is survived by his three daughters and one son-in-law. Services will take place at Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home on Friday, Dec. 18, 2020 at 3 p.m. and then Graveside Service at Pacific View Memorial Park, Corona Del Mar, California on Dec. 22, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. Donations can be given to Beacon of Hope Hospice. Arrangements were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
