| Published in Mohave Daily News Online from Dec. 17 to Dec. 24, 2020 - Bullhead City, Arizona - John M. Gutierrez, age 74, passed away on Friday, December 4, 2020 from cancer related to agent orange. John was born on July 25, 1946 to Bruno and Frances Gutierrez. John graduated from California State University with a degree in Business Administration in 1972 after serving in the 101st Airborne and serving 18 months fighting for America in Vietnam. John was a proud veteran and loved family, friends, boating, golfing and all kinds of woodworking. He had a great personality and was known for his witty "one liners". He is survived by his wife, Frances "Frankie"; sons, Joe (Brenda) Vaiz, Jesse (Deborah) Gutierrez, John (Martha) Gutierrez; sisters, Ana Maria Palacios, Sara Gutierrez, Maria Antonia (Alfred) Bocanegra; grandchildren, Cierra, Mia, Jasmin, Giselle, Logun and Reiliegh; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Services will take place at 12 noon on Thursday, December 17, 2020 at Desert Lawn Cemetery. |
