| Wickenburg Sun (Wickenburg, Arizona) Wednesday, January 6, 2021, p. A-5 Margaretha Clark was born Feb. 18, 1941, in The Hague, Netherlands. She was the daughter of Willy Christian Van Der Paardt and Maria (Van Der Meulen) Van Der Paardt. She grew up in The Hague and graduated from school there before moving to the United States. Margaretha worked in the production department for Kodak in Huntington Beach, California. Her hobbies included embroidery and screen printing along with collecting carousel horse figurines. Margaretha entered into rest on Friday, Dec. 18, 2020, at the age of 79 at her home in Branson. It was only hours after the passing of her long-time best friend and significant other, Harry Hodges, Jr. Margaretha is survived by her daughter Wendy Leach, brother Luke Van Der Paardt and sister Willeke Mason. A celebration of Margaretha and Harry's lives will be held Saturday, Jan. 9, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home and Crematory, Branson. See Also: Find A Grave |
