| Published in Today's News Herald on Jan. 21, 2021 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Patricia Ann Teegarden Rahnefeld passed away on Dec. 28, 2020 at Havasu Regional Medical Center. She was born on Dec. 14, 1933, the daughter of Esther Emily Fromke and Harry Virgil Teegarden. Pat was a graduate of Winona High School and received her Bachelor of Nursing from Hamline University, Saint Paul, Minnesota in 1955. She worked at Methodist Hospital Minnesota from 1955 to 1960. Pat, then, married Gunther Rahnefeld and moved to Brandon, Manitoba, Canada where she raised her family. She taught at Brandon School of Nursing from 1980 until she retired in 1998. In 2001, she moved to Lake Havasu City to enjoy the warm weather and hiking in the desert. Pat was a member of the Methodist Church, The Kinette Club of Brandon, Manitoba, Canada, The Civitan Club of Lake Havasu, Arizona and volunteered for Special Olympics in both countries for many years. She was preceded in death by her mother, father and husband, she is survived by daughters: Lorelei and Heidi, son: Karl and granddaughter: Sabrina. If desired, friends may make memorial contributions to the Saint Michaels United Methodist Church in Lake Havasu. Services were entrusted to the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
