Hancock, age 91, a resident of Arizona, passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 in Yellow Jacket, Colorado. He was born on January 29, 1929 in Flagstaff, Arizona. Joseph was in the U.S. Air Force. In his early years he contributed to Bullhead in various ways. He played a part of starting the original Rotary Club, Hancock and Kelly Construction, and was Vice President of Holiday Shores. His last 40+ years he farmed in Mohave Valley, Arizona and Yellow Jacket, Colorado. He was a man all about God and Country. He will be deeply missed and remembered for his love of family and faith in Jesus Christ. Joseph was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah Hancock. He is survived by children, Linda Craig of Prescott Arizona, Donna Robison of Mohave Valley, Arizona, Joe and John Hancock of Yellow Jacket, Colorado; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Joseph was laid to rest on January 11, 2021 in Prescott, Arizona. There was a small gathering of family and friends.
