Diane Yvonne Tombow Case, age 70, passed away on Sunday, February 7,
2021 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was born June 5, 1950 to the late
Harold Dean Tombow and Elma Latham Tombow in Massillon, Ohio.
She was a 1968 graduate of La Puente High School in La Puente,
California and attended Rio Hondo College in Whittier, California.
Diane worked at Queen of the Valley Hospital as a unit secretary and
at WARMC Hospital in Bullhead City, Arizona where she resided.
She was preceded in death by her father, Harold Dean Tombow; and
beloved dog, Brandy.
She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Bradley Case; sons,
Charles Hays and William (Michelle) Hays; mother, Elma Tombow;
sisters, Vicki (John) Archuleta and Deborah Tombow; grandsons, Justin,
Ryan, Conner, and Travis Hays; granddaughters, Taylor (Chris) Oden,
Lillianna, and Emma Hays; niece, Alicia Archuleta (Chris) Harris;
great-niece, Samantha Harris; and beloved dog, Patches.
