In Loving Memory
DAVID "DOC" HEATH, 45

"For I must be traveling on now
'Cause there's too many places I've got to see"

David was a huge entertainment asset to the Tri-state area where he
lived for more than 20 years with his beloved wife Nicci. He spent
years making a name for himself at local casinos and with his own
production business Outlaw Entertainment. You may have known him as DJ
Doc in "Losers Lounge" at the Riverside, where he worked for more than
12 years, or as the entertainment manager, or AV Manager for the Avi.

David always left a lasting impression on everyone he met. He was
known as a jack of all trades, he could set-up anything that needed
sound, lights or special effects, especially music. He was always the
first person someone would go to if they had a project that needed
completing, and without fail, he would jump in to assist. His Avi
family gave him the moniker "The General", as he was the FIRST person
to lead a pep talk if someone was feeling down or discouraged. No
matter what was happening, he would constantly bring joy and
laughter.... And a few shenanigans. "Thanks for always being there
Doc."

David's love for the outdoors and nature left us with many happy
memories of camping, hiking, and visiting National Parks and
monuments. New Mexico would be his second home growing up. Delores,
Colorado was one of his favorites. Utah will always be the best
midnight tree-fort war with the kids. He is semi-famous for his
campfire cooking and a little more for his love of that green kilt.

David was born in Amarillo, Texas on October 4, 1975. He passed at
home on Thursday, December 31, 2020. And if you knew David he's
smiling because he always said, "It's the only way I'm getting a New
Year's Eve off" and "what, too soon?" Taken too soon he leaves behind
his wife, Nicci; his beloved children, Cedric, Kieri, Daine, and his
bonus daughter, Trinity; his mothers and fathers, Martha and Gary
Larson, Jan and Gary Poulin, and Nick Cote; niece and nephews, Alicia,
Jonny, Averie and Andre. He joins his two daughters, Shaycie and
Brenna. Give him hell Ladies.

Celebration of Life will be at 4 pm on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at
Huukan Golf Club. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to a
local no-kill shelter. If possible, please R.S.V.P. with Nicci at
