| Published in Today's News Herald on Mar. 23, 2021 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Paul Leon Dossey passed away on March 15, 2021 at the age of 85 in Lake Havasu City. He was born in Schoal, Arkansas on Feb. 25, 1936 to Willis and Effie Dossey. Paul lived in Arkansas, then moved to Landers, California, where he resided for thirty years before relocating to Lake Havasu City. He worked for the Sheriff's Department in Ontario, California, then worked as a long distance truck driver. Paul was a jokester. He had hours of jokes in his arsenal and never forgot a joke. He could remember jokes as far back as grade school. Paul enjoyed rebuilding engines, building motorcycles, and dune buggies. He was a member of the Moose Lodge, where he held multiple officer positions. Paul is preceded in death by his parents; Willis and Effie Dossey, and his siblings Nell, Mac, and Don. He is survived by his loving wife, Sally Dossey; step-son, Brent Rice and family, sister-in-law; Lorraine Dossey, as well as his nieces and nephews.
