Phoenix - Charles Lee, 59, passed away on March 5, 2020 in Phoenix.

Charles was born in Dallas, Texas. Throughout his life he lived in
many cities in Texas and outside the U.S. in Curacao and Naples,
Italy. He moved to Phoenix 20 years ago and made it his home.

Charles enjoyed riding his Harley, family and friends, The Rolling
Stones, and tinkering. He was a skilled carpenter. Charles liked
helping others and was very active and committed to his church,
Hillside Baptist. Charles was special and loved dearly.

Preceded in death by his father Charles ("Polly"); his mother,
Vernell; and his sister, Traci. Survived by his brother Keith
Pollakowski (wife Geri); and sister Lisa Ann Plantemoli (husband Len),
nephew and neice CJ and Olivia; and his beloved cat, Mac.

The long awaited memorial service to celebrate his life will be held
at Hillside Baptist Church, 1344 W. Thunderbird Rd, Phoenix, on April
3, 2021 at 10:00 AM. Please wear a mask in the church.

Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to Hillside Baptist
Church or #charlesleepollakowski gofundme for expenses.
