FIELDEN, SR., John R.

John R. Fielden Sr., 76, a retired farmer who moved here in 1942 from 
San Diego, died yesterday in Doctors Hospital.

Mr. Fielden, 62 W. Cambridge, was a member of a Baptist Church. He was 
born in New Market, Tenn.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Grimshaw's Bethany Chapel, 710 W. 
Bethany Home. Friends may call there after 4 p.m. tomorrow. Burial will 
be in Memory Lawn Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Flora; two sons, John Jr. of Phoenix and 
Joe of Sacramento, Calif.; two brothers and a sister out of state, and 
three grandchildren.
