He was a Husband, a Father, a Grandfather, and most importantly a Friend. In his final years he resided in Phoenix, Arizona but was born in Pekin, Illinois. He was born May 30,1958 and passed away March 22, 2021 in his hospital room surrounded by the ones he loved. Michael is survived by his wife, Candith Smith; daughter, Tina Brady; brother, Jimmy Smith; sisters, Susan Strobe Prestby, and Shirley Fuller; grandchildren, Eric Osterhoudt, Tyler George, Christopher George, Marleah Brady, and Emily Brady; granddaughter-in-law, Teresa Osterhoudt; and great-grandchildren, Gunnar George, and Hazel George. A Visitation will be from 6:00 - 8:00 PM, with a Funeral Service at 7:00 PM, on Friday, April 9, 2021 at Lowmans Arizona Funeral Home, 717 West Dobbins Road, Phoenix, Arizona. A Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Double Butte Cemetery, 2505 West Broadway Road, Tempe, Arizona.
