| Published in The Arizona Republic from Apr. 22 to Apr. 25, 2021 - Phoenix, Arizona - Mary Fern Randgaard, 82, was born August 3, 1938 in Woodbine, IA. She was the eight child of fourteen. In 1943 the family moved to Portland, OR. Mary moved to Phoenix, AZ in 1958. In 1962, she married Gordon Randgaard and went to work at Motorola. During her thirty-one year career she assisted in opening two new plants in Malaysia and the Philippines. Mary and Gordon retired in 1993. They visited over thirty countries and enjoyed three cruises. They loved their time living in Show Low; where she was a member of the Moose Lodge, Rocky Point and Apache Junction. Mary loved to crochet, read novels and visit with wonderful family, friends and co-workers. Mary is survived by her husband Gordon, son Terry (Cathy), granddaughters; Shana Hyland and Madyson Randgaard and a sister Lottie Mohen of Portland, OR. Services will be held at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona Friday, May 14, 2021 at 10:30am. Funeral arrangements entrusted to At Seasons End Mortuary 480-982-7721. |
