Her parents were Ysidoro Olea and June Halleck Olea. She grew up on a ranch near Burro Creek and was a 3rd generation Arizonan. Patricia enjoyed ranch life. Pat was the youngest of 10 children. Patricia attended Hillside Grade School and was a 1954 graduate of Wickenburg High School. Arthur Rodgers and Patricia were married in 1954. He preceded her in death January 25, 2003.
