John H. Pemberton (Pinky) has gone with the angels on April 27, 2021.
He was born to James H. Pemberton and Mary (Mamie) Pemberton May on
Feb. 21, 1947. He was a lifetime resident of Kingman. He now is with
his Mom and Dad along with his sister Jeanie Jackson, his nephew Mike
Jackson, and many other friends and family.

He is at rest now after fighting his battle of stage 4 lung cancer. No
more pain or tears. He is finally in heaven where he lived each day
here to make sure he would rest in eternity in heaven. He was a child
of God.

He has four children, Shannon Pemberton of Phoenix, John B. Pemberton
(Bucky) of Kingman, Stormy Pemberton of Arizona and Shyann Pemberton
of Kansas City; ex-wife Karen Pemberton Collins; two sisters Margaret
Keonen and Jaime Pemberton; nephew Jason Jackson; niece Misha Campa;
two grandchildren Shanel Pemberton and Lauren Pemberton; sons-in-law
James Carter and Alex Mascarro; and many friends that loved him
dearly.

Johnny (Pinky) lived a good life. He was an ordained minister which he
loved more than anything. He worked at the power plant in Laughlin for
many years, and as a plumber, and a union carpenter. He was a
wonderful, loving father who taught us all so much about life and God.
He will be so missed by so many, He was a legend to us all and will
never be forgotten. May he rest in peace with the angels forever.

Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 8 at The Eagles,
4536 N. Patsy Drive from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Everyone is welcome to
celebrate the life he lived with us all.
