HUMPHREY, Carole Ann

Published in Mohave Daily News Online from May 4 to May 6, 2021 - Bullhead City, Arizona - Carole Ann Humphrey, age 78, passed away on Wednesday, April 28, 2021. She was born in Denver, Colorado on June 12, 1942. She graduated from nurses training in Denver, and then enlisted in the US Army and was stationed in Germany. After her service, she lived for many years on Lake Carey in Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania before moving to Fort Mohave, Arizona, where she spent the last 17 years of her life. She married her partner of 42 years in 2015. She was a Denver Broncos fan, just like her dad. Carole was preceded in death by her wife, Barbara Brown; her parents, Hazel and Harold Humphrey; and her sister, Marian. She is survived by her brother, John Humphrey; and her many nieces; nephews; and grandnieces and grandnephews; and of course her dog, Sweet Pea. Thanks to the Morin family for taking such great care of our Aunt Annie, and to Family Care Home Health and Hospice for providing truly compassionate care to her in her final days. We will treasure her smile, laughter and spirit forever!
