Doris May Gilmore Born in Yonkers, New York on Nov. 9, 1922. Departed on Jan. 7, 2003 and resided in Cottonwood, Arizona. Doris May Gilmore, 79, of Cottonwood died January 7. She was born November 9, 1922 in Yonkers, New York. She was a member of St. Thomas of the Valley Episcopal Church, Elks Lodge #1361 Auxillary, Veterans of Foreign Wars #7400 Auxillary, the Grandmothers Club and Verde Village Property Owners Association. She leaves two daughters, Susan Aldstadt of Calif. and Judith Tolson of Penn.; a sister, Ruth Morrow and a brother Robert Halley; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Friday, January 24 in St. Thomas of the Valley Episcopal Church at 11 a.m. Westcott Funeral Home was entrusted with these arrangements.
