| South Bend Tribune (South Bend, Indiana) Thursday, June 7, 1984, p. 41 Word has been received of the death of Elizabeth Jean Clarke, 80, of Wickenburg, Ariz., formerly of South Bend, who died Wednesday in Wickenburg. She was born on March 5, 1904, in Hastings-on-Hudson, N.Y., and lived in South Bend for many years. In 1928, as Elizabeth Jean Williams, she married Fremont F. Clark (sic: Clarke). He survives along with two daughters, Margaret "Peg" Galvin of Shelburne Falls, Mass., and Cathie Herman of Teaneck, N.J.; a son, Douglas F. of South Bend; seven grandchildren; two great- grandchildren; and a brother, W.R. Williams of South Bend. Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Wickenburg Funeral Home, 186 N. Adams St., in Wickenburg. [find a grave memorial #11866845] |
