| Published in Today's News Herald on May 23, 2021 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Kay Frances Comer, 82, passed away on May 19, 2021. She was born April 17, 1939 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Harold and Cecil Spiegelhoff. She moved with her family to Lake Havasu City, Arizona in 1973. Through the years, Kay was employed as a police dispatcher for Lake Havasu, worked for McCulloch Corporation and then for the State of Arizona. She was also a Civitan Member. Kay is survived by her Daughters, Teri (Chip) Romer and Tami Steele; 4 Grandchildren, Jesse (Wendy) Romer, Matt Romer, Kate Romer; Steven Steele and 3 Great-Grandchildren Mason, Maddox and Jaycee. She is preceded in death by her Parents Harold and Cecil Spiegelhoff; Son-in- Law David Steele and Granddaughter Ashley Romer. Arrangements were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
