Frank was born in Phoenix, Arizona to Francisco and Rosanna Duarte. He is survived by his loving spouse of 58 years, Alice Duarte; children, Denise (George) Schopf, Ronald (Monica) Duarte, Kenneth (Michelle) Duarte and Frank J. Duarte; sisters, Mary (Don) Wade, Stella Duarte, and Lupe Feiock; 14 grandchildren and 10 great- grandchildren. A visitation will be held Thursday, May 27, 2021 at 5:00 PM at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center, 12420 North 103rd Avenue, Sun City, AZ 85351 with a Rosary immediately to follow at 7:00 PM. A Funeral Mass is scheduled, Friday, May 28, 2021 at 11:00 AM at St. Louis the King Catholic Church, 4331 West Maryland Avenue, Glendale, Arizona 85301.
