FRAYLING, Clive Andrew

Published in The Arizona Republic on May 25, 2021 - Phoenix, Arizona - Clive Andrew Frayling, 67, passed away on May 8th, 2021 in Peoria, Arizona. He is survived by his father Peter Frayling, daughter April Frayling Ettestad and son-in-law Shane Ettestad, brother Glyn Frayling of Kansas City, Missouri, sister Julia (Betsy) Pape and brother-in-law Dr. John Pape of Phoenix, Arizona, stepsister Melissa Spinelli and brother-in-law Paul Spinelli of San Marcos, California. Clive was born in the Princess Elizabeth Hospital in Nairobi, Kenya, Africa and moved with his family to California at the age of 5. Six years later, they moved to Arizona where he attended Cholla Jr. High School and Moon Valley High School in Phoenix. Over the years, Clive worked as a construction foreman and was highly respected as a quality drywall finisher, but his true passion in life was for all things motorcycles. He raced competitively on flat track, motocross, and in the beautiful desert. He was loved very much and will be deeply missed. Services will be held on Wednesday, June 2nd, at 2:30 at Christ's Church of the Valley (CCV) 7007 W. Happy Valley Rd, Peoria, AZ 85383 in building 400.
