2021 in Prescott Valley, AZ with family members present. He was born
6/21/1939 in Flint Michigan to Robert and Maida Gaefcke. He proudly
served in the U.S. Navy from 1958 / 1961. He is survived by his wife
Susan Gaefcke, Daughters Dawna Gaefcke (Chris), Robin Berliew (Gene),
two sisters, Dodee LeSuer and Pam Richardson (Elmer), his grand
daughter Chellie Gaefcke, two grandsons Mason Gaefcke and Cameron
Gaefcke, and two great grand sons Haydin Hart and Max Woods.
Robert was a wise and generous man who loved and cherished his family.
He was our protector. He enjoyed the outdoors, BBQ, bowling,
vacationing, and just being surrounded by family and good friends.
Most of all he loved to sit out on the patio overlooking the beautiful
mountains drinking his coffee while reading the paper. When the
smiling face of a passer by could mean the highlight if his day.
