Arizona Republic (Phoenix, Arizona) Monday, January 9, 1969, p. 12 Services for Raymond A. Antle, 60, of 611 N. 16th St., an employe at the Arizona State Hospital from 1959 to 1967, will be at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday in Mercer Mortuary, 1541 E. Thomas. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Mr. Antle, a native of Albany, Ohio, died Sunday in Good Samaritan Hospital. He moved to Glanster, Ohio, in 1967 but returned to Phoenix last year. Survivors include his wife, Hazel L.; a daughter, Mrs. Doris Phillips of Mesa; two sons, David E. of Mesa and William L. of Fairborn, Ohio; a brother and three sisters all out of state; and five grandchildren. Friends may call at the mortuary from 2 to 10 p.m. tomorrow.
