| Arizona Republic (Phoenix, Arizona) Sunday, November 26, 1944, Section 4, p. 4 BOLITHO, John T., passed away Friday evening at home, 3707 North Seventh street. He is survived by his wife, Annie; daughter, Lorraine Reagles; two sisters and five brothers, and one grandson. Services conducted by the Very Rev. Edwin S.
