She was born November 10, 1955 in Flagstaff. She worked for Babbitt's in Cottonwood, TG & Y in Cottonwood, Custer's Last Stand in Camp Verde and the Camp Verde Schools for 15 years. Mrs. Bauer coached soccer for 5 years and was Little League President for 10 years. She enjoyed crafts, reading, gardening and flowers, collects frogs and loves her animals and loved to cook. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Martha Butler. She is survived by her husband of 21 years, Jon Bauer; two sons, Jody Cowsert, Camp Verde and Shawn M. and wife Crystal Bauer, Camp Verde; two brothers, Jim, wife Betty Butler, Camp Verde and John Butler of Calif.; and three grandchildren. A memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, May 13 in St. Frances Cabrini Church at 10 a.m. A memorial fund is being established at Wells Fargo Bank.
