| Published by Arizona Daily Sun on Jul. 11, 2021 - Flagstaff, Arizona - Richard Kuhn passed away May 9th, 2020. He served in World War II in the Pacific after attending UC Berkeley. After the war he attended University of Redlands and moved to Montana as a geo-physicist with Texas Oil Co, where he meet Martha. Richard and Martha, moved to Flagstaff in 1958 and he completed his Master's degree in 1967 at NAU. Affectionately known as Mr. Kuhn he taught at Flagstaff High School until 1983. Upon retirement he spent as much time as possible with his grandchildren whom he adored more than anything. Richard and Martha had 9 children, 20 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. The Celebration of Life and Memorial Service will be held on Saturday July 17th, 2021 at 11 am at the 1899 Bar & Grill Patio on the NAU campus. Military Honors will begin promptly at 11am. |
