No services are planned at this time. Hampton Funeral Home was entrusted with arrangements. ---------------------------------------- The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Saturday, August 08, 2009 Fawn Cathryn "Kay" Douglass, 74, of Prescott, Ariz., formerly of Pittsburgh, passed away Friday, June 12, 2009 at the VA Hospital. She was born on Sept. 14, 1934 to Helen C. (Grenet) and Raymond E. Douglass. Kay was a 20-year veteran of the U.S. Navy and retired in 1972 to Livermore, Calif. where she worked for Livermore Answering Service until 1980. She moved to Prescott, Ariz. in 1982. Services were private. Donations in memory of Kay may be sent to Yavapai Center for the Blind or your local Disabled American Vets. Information provided by survivors.
