MOORE, Mitchell Davis

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, June 17, 2009 Mitchell Davis Moore, age 56, went to be with the Lord at 1:15 p.m. Saturday, May 16, 2009, after a serious illness of five weeks. Mitchell was born on Dec. 2, 1952, in Houston, Texas. He is survived by his dad, Davis Patrick Moore III of Houston, Texas; his mother, Georgia Moore of Prescott, Ariz.; two brothers, Michael Patrick Moore of Baton Rouge, La., and Davis Patrick Moore IV of Prescott, Ariz.; two sons, Stephen Michael Moore of Humble, Texas, and Jason Andrew Moore of Porter, Texas; and one granddaughter, Hope Moore of Cushing, Texas. No funeral services are planned per Mitchell's request. A memorial service in honor of his life with us will be in the near future. Information provided by survivors.
