Kurt Michael Kubishke born May 30, 1962, passed away June 28, 2021.

A Yuma native, Kurt graduated from Yuma High School in 1980 and from 
the University of Arizona in 1985.

Kurt traveled throughout the United States working for HEALTH pac 
Business development at El Dorado computing where he was Director of 
Client Services.

He is survived by his wife, Melissa, his mother Tina, his sister 
Kimberly(Barney) Guethle and LuAnn(Shawn) Gillespie; his children 
Kylie Shintaku, Kellen Graham and his grandchildren Knox and Harlow.

He was predeceased by his father Allyn Kubishke.

A celebration of life was held July 8, 2021 in Phoenix.
