He was born on Feb. 16, 1975 in Chicago, Illinois. Chicago moved to Lake Havasu City in 2006. In 2007, he met his girlfriend, Jennifer Ross and her daughter Rylee. He would dress in his Bear's gear from head to toe and watched every game with Piper by his side. He enjoyed his weekly bowling league and all the friends he made there. He loved his families in Havasu, Seattle and Chicago. He was taken too soon and will be missed forever. Chicago was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Mary Kukec. He is survived by his long time girlfriend Jennifer Ross, his daughter Rylee, Grandmother Halina Janus, and siblings John Kukec, Lillian Dela Cruz, Henry Kukec, and Halina Kukec.
