Mary J. Delcid, 87, died July 27, 2021 in Yuma, Arizona.

She was born January 5, 1934 in Fabens, Texas. She was raised in Yuma
and attended Yuma area schools.

Mary was a devout Catholic and our family's prayer warrior.

Mary was a very loving person who was welcoming to everyone, she never
met a stranger. Her family was very important to her as she always
made it a point to attend all family celebrations and she kept our
family history alive; she was the life of the party and our anchor.

Mary is survived by her daughter, Susan Cruz of Yuma; her daughter-in-
law,

Barbara Delcid and son-in-law, Raul Garcia both from Yuma; her
brothers, Manuel Gonzales of Fresno, CA; Raul (Aurora) Gonzales of
Mesa, AZ; George Gonzales, Ruben (Rosalie) Gonzales of Yuma, AZ;
sister-in-law Norma Gonzales of Yuma; 20 grandchildren; 31 great
grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren and numerous nephews,
nieces and cousins.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Porfirio and Frances
Gonzales; her husband, Robert Delcid; her daughter, Diana Garcia; her
sons, Ray and Christopher Delcid, her brothers, Leonard and Felipe
Gonzales and her great granddaughter, Yariza Villa.

Wake will be held at Johnson Mortuary on Monday, August 9, 2021 from
5:00 pm to 8:00 pm with Rosary at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be at
Immaculate Conception Church on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at 10:00 am.

Pallbearers will be Jamie Rubio, Raul Garcia, Robert Garcia,
Christopher Delcid Jr., Jose Ayala and Alfonso Gill Jr.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Richard Gill, Jesse Delcid and Jose
Flores.
