Bullhead City, Arizona -

David Raper, age 60, passed away on Thursday, July 22, 2021 in
Bullhead City, Arizona. He was born in Lone Pine, California on
October 3, 1960.

After a great career managing golf courses, David relocated to
Bullhead City and went into the insurance industry. He was a pillar of
light throughout the community that he was actively involved in. David
loved to serve the people of the community and always stepped up to
volunteer at every event he could. He was the Vice President of the
Bullhead Business Builders, President-Elect of the Mohave Sunrise
Rotary Club, and an Ambassador for the Bullhead Area Chamber of
Commerce.

Dave gave his all to everything he did. His passion, energy and drive
made everyone around him want to strive to do more and succeed. He
encouraged and inspired everyone who met him and changed the lives of
those that called him a friend. His loss will be felt, his memory will
always be honored, and his legacy will always live on.

He is survived his his daughter, Jessica Raper; sisters, Sue St. John
and Carol Ewart; brothers; Charles Raper and Carl Raper.

A celebration of life service will held from 2-5 pm on Friday, August
20, 2021 at El Rio Golf Club in Mohave Valley, Arizona. Golfers, bring
your driver as there will be a memorial tee shot taking place in honor
of David. For more information, please contact the Bullhead Business

accepted by the Mohave Sunrise Rotary Club.
